Our Gridworks work boots take on freezing, oily, slippery, and rough terrain, with lightweight, cold-formula outsoles built for traction. Their job site performance features include rugged premium full-grain, waterproof leather uppers with internal waterproof membranes that offer maximum waterproof protection and blood-borne pathogen resistance, shock-absorbing comfort technology footbeds that absorb shock and return energy to your feet with every step, and breathable, moisture-wicking linings made of recycled fabric containing at least 50% recycled plastic with an antimicrobial treatment to help keep them smelling fresh. Plus, electrical hazard protection infuses these durable boots with the extra safety you need.

- Waterproof Membrane: Delivers waterproof protection, and also provides blood-borne pathogen resistance as defined by ASTM F1671.
- Blood-borne Pathogen Resistant: Breathable membrane helps protect from diseases caused by blood-borne pathogens, as defined by ASTM F1671.
- Electric Hazard Protection: Provides secondary underfoot protection against live electrical circuits, electrically energized conductors, parts or apparatus. Meets the ASTM standards F2413 and F2892 requirements when tested to F2412.
- Comfort Technology: A comfort system designed with shock absorbing, geometrical technology that returns energy back to the foot to deliver all day support and comfort.
- Insoles: Comfort foam insoles are lightweight, provide moisture transport, antimicrobial function, and long-term cushioning. The ultra-breathable material won't break down or lose cushioning over time, keeping your footwear comfortable and supportive.
- All-Weather TPU Outsole: Specially-formulated thermoplastic urethane compound designed to maintain flexibility in variable weather conditions, providing enhanced traction on wet and frosted ice surfaces, plus slip, oil, and abrasion resistance.
- Slip-Resistant (SR): Meets the SR requirements of ASTM F2413, F2892, or F3445, when tested to F2913.
- Odor Control Technology: Antimicrobial technology provides an extra layer of protection on footwear fabrics against unpleasant odors, stains, and deterioration caused by bacteria and fungus.
- Waterproof Footwear: Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments and processes. We start with waterproof leathers that are sealed as part of the tanning process; we then either seam-seal the footwear or use an internal waterproof breathable membrane to help feet stay dry. Tongues and zippers treated with durable water resistant coatings utilize integrated gussets, to further deter water entry.
